It is the end of the day and you are tired. You are looking forward to curling up with a nice glass of Divine Detox Symphony and listening to a podcast from your favourite Well-Being™ Weaver. At the last moment, someone rushes into your office and shuts the door. The person is dressed like a typical Serenity associate, but their clothes are slightly dirtier and more disheveled. They look stressed and tired, with bags under their eyes. You wonder why Serena hasn’t shipped them some new clothes or advised them to visit a local Wellness Retreat for some treatment.
